As a specialist who loves working with first-time homebuyers and other residential clients, he knows the meaning of “Satisfying the Client”. Once, while working with a newlywed couple with only $500 in savings, he counseled the couple through several real estate disappointments. He understood that while buying a home can be exciting, it can also be an emotional undertaking. With patience, he presented 31 homes to the couple and was elated to assist them with the closing of their first home. They still send him a card every year.
A Perkasie resident for 44 years and Telford resident for 9 years, Tom is not only a Realtor that is knowledgeable in Montgomery & Bucks county real estate, he is also a neighbor. His wife, Faye, daughter, Kristy, son, Jason, and five grandchildren are an integral part of his life. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys vacationing in the mountains, doing yard work, and going to yard sales with his wife. Tom is a 1972 Pennridge High School and Upper Bucks Vo-Technical School graduate. He is a former Delbar Products Finishing Dept Supervisor where he worked for 17 years. He later worked for Solar Atmospheres Vacuum Heat Treating as a quality control technician and heat treater for 15 years. Tom was licensed in Real Estate in 2001.
Tom, believes his most compelling attributes are his persistence, responsiveness, and availability. He believes that real estate is about people and he gets enjoyment out of helping his clients reach their goals. Tom’s persistence and philosophy of “Satisfying the Client” make him a natural choice for people seeking a knowledgeable, ethical real estate professional. “I measure my success by each of my clients, and what they bring to me in the form of appreciation and referrals,” says Tom.
